Apartment for rent. 2nd line of beach. Fully furnished. TV, air conditioning, communal swimming pool, sea/beach views, very sunny (south orientation), close to supermarkets, gardens, all kind of ammenities. Spa in the resort. Parking-garage with direct access by elevator to the apartment. Private patio within the building with ammenities for the kids. English spoken (34) 626 20 50 84

What inspired you to launch your own website?

To rental my apartment

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

I do not remember exactly, but I guess was a private web site with pictures of the holidays

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I donŽt have a "name" for the web site (at least I guess itŽs not typed in the html code). I call it rental at Marina DŽor or similar names.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

The prices are quite cheaper than other apartments in that area.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Keep it for income. Rental for holidays, short or long term (depending)

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Not balanced or scored yet

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

If it comes the case, then I will decide ( I hope to have to take that decission in a short time ĄĄ)

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

At this moment,not so many. The apartment is brand new and IŽm still looking for the first rental

What has been your biggest challenge?

Not understood the question. Challenge applied to what? personal, business......???

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

I like Internet. It gets very quick to most of keen people. Ads, posts, etc work very well

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

IŽm starting. I made it around 1 month, so I still donŽt have many figures to analyse.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

around 1 month. I have planned to keep it in the future
