Spanish Gains Tax and UK Gains Tax is more or less the same

In an attempt to entice UK buyers into the Spanish market, many Spanish property developers, as well as, and more importantly, property agents who serve the market over in the United Kingdom are quick to point out that fact about the reduction in Spanish capital Gains Tax.
The most recent example of misleading half truths is what this attempt at sabotage is being described as by Kingdom Homes. They make the claim that the total Capital Gains Tax which is payable on Spanish property sales does not differ from the UK market.
