Our website covers all of Spain but we are based here in Costa del Sol but because we cover all of Spain we can the various trends in the different markets such as the huge differences between Mallorca and say Costa Blanca South.
The most interesting trend at the moment is that Investor agents who look after investor clients in different areas of Spain are bringing there clients to buy in Costa del Sol because that is where the real value is at the present time with some brand new apartments being reduced from €360,000 to €200,000. One agent in Costa Blanca South is driving down here every week so much so that he should really move here.
Costa del Sol is where you can see real value but we still have big issues with lending and getting the finance and this is another reason the heavilly discounted developer key ready properties are so attractive in that they already have mortgages attached with some up to 90% of the purchase price. Once the banks start to lend properly again and with such low interest rates and property prices then this can only be positive for those buyers looking to get real value for money.
A bit about me I arrived here in 2002 and love Andalucia the first place in my life I can call my home. I set up this business with a view of putting the client first and strongly believing there was room for an ethical real estate company who got the client the best deal possible and then worried about how much we would earn afterwards, only time will tell if I am right or not.
