CDS Rentals is an intimate, no nonsense Rentals and Management Company based on the Costa Del Sol. “Our Aim is to enable our Clients, be they Property Owners or Visiting guests, chasing the sun or relaxing on a golf course, to utilize their holiday time and leave the day to day hassles to us”.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

We want to offer a more personal service to our clients and try to be a different style of holiday rental website by offering a superior service

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

January 2009, CDS Rentals is our first website

How did you decide on a name for your website?

We thought it more aptly described what we are about, Costa Del Sol Rentals, (CDSRentals)does exactly what it says on the tin. We rent properties along the costa del sol from Malaga to Estepona

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Our sites emphasis is largely based on a simple clean design that offer our clients fast access to all our properties within seconds and once click. We didnt want to hide behind all the waffling about the Costa del Sol, we want to rent properties full stop.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To provide a full time living by providing people with a quality service

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

We are a new company and the site has just launched, so were not in a position to judge that yet

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

Spend more money on SEO and introduce a few new areas on our website

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes, we have large resources for a small team

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Content writing for the website and providing pictures for our site was very time consuming

What has been your biggest challenge?

Providing the main template interface for the design aimed at the user and not to personalise it too much

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

SEO with local based website designer

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

Still learning as its a new site

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

i have been on cdsrentals website and found it very easy to use and very well designed,i was never more than 2 or 3 clicks away from what i wanted to look at,it is also a very fresh looking site and the properties are of a very high stanard....it is a nice change from all the other property rental websites around.

Having used online booking for villas accross europe for many years I cannot recommend highly enough the service from CDS rentals.

The search facility was intuitive and easy, the response to any queries I had was extremely quick and the service once we had arrived was outstanding.

A must use website.

wow its a nice site and very helpful for hose who are tenants of large money.
