Know The Annual real estate tax

The annual real estate tax on Spanish property must be paid, which is based on the valor catastral that varies from town to town because it is a municipal tax. This real estate tax is also known as IBI or the Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles.

If you are non-resident, yo can choose to settle your tax through directed debit in your Spanish bank account.
