HSBC might reposses its Canary Wharf headquarters

By Website Introductions at 12/11/08 21:45
London-based bank HSBC may be forced to repossess its own home after the Spanish property company Metrovacesa dipped itself further in more debt.

The Spanish property company bought the skyscraper in Canary Wharf from HSBC by getting the funding from HSBC itself. Whatever will happen to the deal, we cannot know, since HSBC won't give a statement.

Spanish developer plans to sell properties at cost price

By Website Introductions at 12/01/08 23:11
A real house for price of the original cost? It sounds like a dream, but a Spanish real estate developer really plans to sell around 2000 homes at around cost price, thus creating a furore in the little town of Fuenlabrada, where the Spanish developer, Jose Merino, lives.

Some people are quick to warn, however, that this may only remain a dream because the land where the houses are supposed to be built are not yet existing.
