Please give us a short summary of your website?

We specialise in marketing and advertising Spanish property for sale. Our portfolio consists from a plot of land for 40,000 Euros to an office block in Madrid for 23.5 million euros.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Demand for good quality property at reasonable prices and expanding our existing business.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

rentspaindirect.co.uk in May this year

How did you decide on a name for your website?

because we have five other websites we decide that they should all come under the same umbrella company.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Our drive and ambition to keep progressing during a difficult time for businesses and to keep up with the everchanging economy.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To become one of the most respected companies in our line of business and keep growing

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

You reap what you sow. If you work hard and keep ahead of your competitors eventually you will succeed.

Nothing at present

We expanding fast and so far can meet all demands.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

forums, free ads, blogs have been far better advertising. Its sites like this which help businesses to grow

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It hasnt, I never expected it to be easy and it hasnt been.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

This site was launched in october and we will endeavour to make it progress.

Would you do it again?

Definately! to see a site grow from just a template into the business it is today is incomparable.
